A Still, Soulful Space to Reconnect With Yourself

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, or simply in need of a reset, our 90-minute RECONNECT Soundbath is the perfect way to slow down and breathe again. Held in peaceful venues across Chelmsford and Battlesbridge, this session is a chance to reconnect with your body, mind and spirit through gentle movement, breathwork, and sound healing.

Currently running monthly on Friday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00pm
Venue: Galleywood Heritage Centre, CM2 8TR

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

What to Expect

As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by the warmth of fairy lights, fleece blankets, lavender eye pillows and the soothing scent of frankincense. A calming cup of herbal tea is waiting for you as you settle into your space on the mat.

We begin with breathwork, grounding, and affirmations – helping you set a clear intention for the session. You’ll then be guided through a few gentle stretches to release tension and open the body. This soft movement is designed to support your nervous system and prepare you to receive the full benefits of sound healing.

Next, a guided meditation will ease you into stillness before the main Soundbath begins.

Using a combination of gong and crystal bowls, the vibrations wash through the body – helping to clear energy, reduce stress, boost the immune system and promote deep rest. Many people report feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced after just one session.

 

No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is required.

Just come as you are.

What You Need to Know

  • This is a quiet, restorative class with a long period of stillness and rest

  • Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow if you prefer to use your own

  • All other props are provided

  • Suitable for all levels—no experience needed

  • Please consult your doctor before attending if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have metal implants or plates
